The College of Engineering implemented Citrix to provide remote access to virtual desktops and applications.  The “COE” desktop is the primary image available to all enrolled students with a majority of software (list) installed needed to complete engineering curriculum.  The hardware specifications are 16GB RAM and 4 CPUs.  It also has a GPU to power graphics intense applications.  The number of available virtual machines is limited so it is configured to reset a disconnected session after one hour and is non-persistent so you NEED to save your work to the college’s provided network storage (U:\ Drive) or client drive redirection.  Below is links to the preferred setup instructions for varying operating systems and you will find additional helpful information under this page tree.
